Tech support got back to me quickly and helped me fix the issue without turning it into a big ordeal. It felt like something that was probably avoidable, but the support experience itself was easy enough. I’d give 5 stars for how they handled it.

The updates were easy to understand and kept me in the loop. They were a little slow at times, but nothing too frustrating or hard to overlook

I ordered from fitnessfactory and honestly... the product info was spot on. The size, specs, and everything included in the box matched what was shown on the page, so there were no weird surprises. The photos were accurate too, which made it way easier to choose the right item. Overall, I’m really happy with it... easy 5 stars from me.

I ordered a weight bench and a few plates from Fitness Factory, i’m happy with everything. The bench feels sturdy, and the plates seem way better than the cheap stuff I was using before, so I feel like I made the right call. One of the plates had a slightly imperfect finish, but it’s gym gear, not something I’m displaying in the living room, you know? Overall, no real complaints

So, I’ve been using my Fitness Factory equipment for a few months now, it’s been solid. Nothing has come loose, I haven’t noticed any weird bending, and the finish has barely chipped at all. It just feels like gear you can use regularly without, you know, having to baby it

I ordered from Fitness Factory and thankfully all the parts were included, which was a relief. Putting it together wasn’t terrible, but the instructions could definitely be clearer. It took me longer than I expected, and I ended up having to redo one section because I misunderstood the steps. Once I got everything assembled, it worked fine, but the setup wasn’t the easiest experience for me.

I found the brands I usually buy quickly, which was a nice change because I half expected the site to bury the popular stuff just to push other items. Prices seemed fair too, and overall it was easy to use. No real complaints from me.

The prices are okay, which is what got me interested, but I’m still a little unsure about the overall value. It doesn’t feel like a bad deal, but I’d probably compare a few other options before committing, just to make sure I’m not taking a chance on something that only ends up being average.

I know some people get weird about financing stuff, but I actually appreciated that they offered it at checkout. It made buying the equipment way less stressful for me, and the payment details were clear enough. I got approved quickly too, so i don’t really have anything to complain about.

Found what I was looking for easily, though one size was out of stock. I’m sure other customers would appreciate having all the sizes available, but overall it was a decent experience.

I emailed fitnessfactory.com about an order question and, not gonna lie, I was kind of expecting the usual slow reply or some canned response that doesn’t actually help. So I was a little suspicious when they got back to me so quickly. But they actually answered my question directly and didn’t give me the runaround. It ended up being way easier than I expected, so I’m happy with the support.

One of the cables on my home gym started fraying after a few months, so I reached out to Fitness Factory figuring it was gonna be a whole thing. It wasn’t no hassle at all. They just asked for my order info and a couple pictures, then got the warranty replacement moving fast. No runaround, no trying to blame me, none of that stuff. The new cable showed up sooner than I expected and fit just fine. Obviously I wasn’t happy it happened in the first place, but I can’t not give them 5 stars for how they handled it
